From July 29th to August 1st, the affected states include Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Telangana, Bihar, Jharkhand, and more.
According to the IMD, there will be a decrease in rainfall activity expected over the southern peninsular region of India during this period. Unfortunately, the state has reported eight deaths from rain-related incidents since July 22nd.
Rajasthan and parts of south and central Gujarat have also experienced heavy rainfall, resulting in waterlogging.
