Amitabh Bachchan says he gets furious when people drive recklessly and accepts a lift on a stranger’s bike to avoid “unsolvable traffic jams.”
Amitabh Bachchan posted a photo of the journey on Instagram and thanked the passerby for being so nice as to allow him ride a pillion to work. His later blog stated that the bike ride brought back memories of his time in college.
Amitabh Bachchan, the megastar, used a bike ride on a stranger’s car on Sunday to get to his destination faster and escape traffic. The screen legend posted a photo of the journey on Instagram and thanked the passing motorist for allowing him ride pillion to work.
The 80-year-old actor claimed he didn’t know the driver, but it was because of him that he could make it to the appointed place and time. Bachchan joked in the caption of one of his pictures, “Thank you for the ride buddy.. don’t know you.. but you obliged and got me on time to location of work.. faster and in avoidance of the unsolvable traffic jams.. thank you capped, shorts and yellowed T-shirt owner.”
The actor’s bike ride sent him down memory lane, taking him back to his college days and the good times of group picnics. Bachchan posted images of the incident on his blog. The movie legend talked about his job, for which specific areas are blocked off so that the crew can easily film, in his blog as well as his weekly meet-and-greet with admirers.
