Apple Store

Tim Cook, the CEO of Apple Inc., opened the company’s second retail location in the nation this morning in a mall in Saket. He was hailed by raucous applause from both team members and customers.

According to Apple, the shop employs more than 70 highly trained individuals from 18 different states who can speak more than 15 different languages amongst them.

Customers may buy online and pick up their gadgets at a convenient time in-store thanks to the store’s dedicated Apple Pickup station.

Customers may schedule an appointment at the Genius Bar at Apple Saket for professional assistance if they need hands-on technical and hardware support, according to Apple. According to a corporate statement, “Genius Bar appointments can help with everything from setting up a device, recovering an Apple ID, choosing an AppleCare plan, or modifying subscriptions.”

Early in the morning, there was a lot of excitement as people waited in queue to see the opening of the second store. On Tuesday, Tim Cook launched the first Apple shop in India in Mumbai’s Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC).

Cook posted a photo from the grand opening on Twitter with the statement, “The energy, inventiveness, and enthusiasm in Mumbai is tremendous! Our first shop in India, Apple BKC, is going to be extremely exciting for us.

In a meeting with the prime minister on Wednesday in Delhi, Cook stated that Apple “shared his vision of the positive impact technology can make on India’s future,” and further stated that “we’re committed to growing and investing across the country, from education and developers to manufacturing and the environment.”
