Experience the AI-powered capabilities of Bing across various browsers, with Microsoft recommending optimal utilization through the Microsoft Edge browser. This facilitates seamless access to extended conversations, chat history, and other integrated Bing features.

Microsoft is poised to enhance the accessibility of its AI-driven Bing search engine by integrating it into third-party web and mobile browsers. This strategic move is aligned with the company’s ongoing commitment to elevate user experience and extend the reach of its innovative AI prowess.

In a recent update on the official Microsoft Bing website, the company revealed its plans to introduce the AI-enhanced Bing to third-party browsers. This expansion aims to showcase the potential of AI on a broader scale, highlighting summarized answers and image generation as key features.

While Bing’s AI-powered version is compatible with a range of browsers, Microsoft suggests unlocking its full potential by using the Microsoft Edge browser. This approach seamlessly integrates extended conversations, chat history, and other Bing features directly into the browser interface.

The AI-driven iteration of Bing made its debut in February of the current year and has since garnered significant engagement. Impressively, users have initiated over 1 billion chats and generated more than 750 million images using the service. Microsoft maintains an optimistic outlook for the future, expressing anticipation for forthcoming advancements in the next half-year.

In a bid to further enrich user experience, Microsoft recently introduced the ‘voice chat’ functionality for Bing Chat on desktops. Users can now engage with the AI chatbot through voice commands by simply clicking on the microphone icon within the Bing Chatbox. This feature currently supports five languages—English, Japanese, French, German, and Mandarin—with plans to expand to additional languages in the near future.
