Arora joins the new entity after a distinguished career at Schaeffler Group, where he most recently served as Regional CEO for Asia Pacific for over five years and previously led Schaeffler India for seven years .
Before Schaeffler, he spent 20 years at General Motors in senior roles within purchasing and supply-chain operations .
He began his automotive journey in 1986 as a product engineer at Maruti Suzuki India .
